wirefly wireless phones and plans, holly rawson

I worked on optimizing the house brand of Wirefly and its online storefronts for maximum sales and efficiency over a period of several years. Using best practices for UI, I improved the ecommerce process into a more efficient system allowing for private-label partner branding through easy CSS manipulation.

The outdated, poorly coded framework I was first challenged with evolved into a series of improved steps for purchasing wireless devices and plans. I also designed and architected the company's first accessory-only store, which functioned fully for several years until a recent relaunch.

Graphical elements and layout choices for all areas, including the WIMO (WhereIsMyOrder) system, still follow many of the core structures I created for everything from comparison and detail pop-ups to order forms and confimation pages.
